FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) May 6, 2010 -- As an able-bodied human being, you still need to learn how to walk in high heels shoes though I think everyone of you might have walked for more than 10 years. Am I joking? Absolutely not! According to an investment aiming at females who wear high heels shoes in their daily life, over 65% of them have had a terrible experience of getting their ankle injured because of inappropriate shoes-wearing habits. Therefore, I think you do have the need to follow my concise guide of walking in high heels shoes below to avoid any potential injury.

Start from relatively low heel. If it is the first time you’ll be walking in high heels shoes, you’d better choose the ones that have relatively low heels and thin soles to avoid ankle spraining. If you can’t make sense, I’d like to take two shoes of mine for comparison (See the above picture). Both of them were bought from a well-known wholesale shoes websitemilanoo.
The difference between them lies in that the left one is suitable for beginners while the right one is not a wise choice as its sky-high heel and extra thick sole will make your ankle go through all sorts of sufferings.

Take a few steps in your high heels. If possible, start this on a hard wooden floor (not too slick) or in a room with low carpeting, as your will easily lose balance on thick or padded carpet. Then, remember to keep your legs straight and as close together as possible. With each step, point your feet as straight in front of you as you can. Next, take slow, determined steps and make sure you are very conscientious of each step. As you build confidence and experience walking in high heels, it will become much more natural.

Continue walking back and forth. The next step is walking across the room, turning different directions, and try to stop without wobbling. Once you're comfortable with this, repeat it on different floor surfaces, and remember to start off slowly with each one. Moreover, if you'll be slow dancing in your high heels, you should practice side-to-side stepping and turning slowing in your high heels before actually hitting the dance floor.

Do some further practices. As you become more confident in your abilities to walk, turn, and do all the other movements you might need to do in high heels, you can move up to the height of shoe you'll be wearing on the day or night of your event - but remember to start slowly with each bit of added height. Although you have come this far, it still requires patience and practice. Switching from 2-inch heels to 4-inch heels without an adjusted period is probably not a good idea because you will easily stumble and fall flat.

Ok, that’s all. I know you may wish only if you could immediately “working your way up” to the heel height you'd like to be wearing on the day or evening of the event but you really need to practice walking in them first.
