Congress and Senate Encouraging and Promoting Discrimination Through their Silence

(Free-Press-Release.com) November 16, 2009 -- Ultimately it is the responsibility of the Congress and the Senate to hold the Equal employment Opportunity Commission accountable.
Congress has failed to investigate or examine the Corruption at the EEOC. It has ignored the EEOC investigators allegedly taking bribes and favors to dismiss the cases against employers. BY wrongfully and criminally taking bribes and payments to dismiss the cases they victimize the employee a second time and deny them justice and fairness.

Congress and the Senate typically ignore matters and issues concerning the civil rights of minorities and people of color. It is because of this lack of concern and insensitivity to minority issues by the Congress and Senate members the EEOC has become unaccountable, irresponsible and corrupt.
There is absolutely no accountability by the EEOC and the lack of interest by the Congress promotes further discrimination at the workplace.
Congress needs to investigate the EEOC and stop the corruption.
There are plenty of victims of discrimination who have been unfairly treated and wrongfully terminated only because of their color, race or exercising their civil rights to work in a non-hostile environment and earn a living and provide for their family as the majority does.
