Considered to be one of the leading voices for American families in Congress, Congresswoman Linda Sanchez , who is also a new mom, is the first Latina in history to serve on the House Ways and Means Committee. She is also the first Latina to serve on the Judiciary Committee and the first woman to serve as the Chair of its Subcommittee on Commercial and Administrative Law. A co-founder of the Labor and Working Families Caucus, Linda Sanchez is also the first woman to ever serve alongside her sister in Congress. Her sister is Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez.
