ConnectFirst Adds New Feature To Increase Answer Rate for Outbound Calls
ConnectFirst is announcing a new, exciting feature: Dynamic Caller ID. This feature should radically increase answer rates for ConnectFirst outbound dialer customers.

Connect First is excited to announce a new feature which will greatly improve the answer rate for outbound predictive and preview dialer customers. This new feature is called Dynamic Caller ID.
Dynamic Caller ID allows ConnectFirst customers to configure a campaign to pass a specific caller-id based on the area code of the lead they are dialing. For example:
-Leads in the 303, 720, 917, and 970 area code could receive 720-555-0000 as the Caller-ID.
-Leads in the 404, 678, 770, and 478 area code could receive 678-555-0000 as the Caller-ID. Any lead not specifically overridden would use the default caller-id from the campaign configuration.
There is no limit on the number of mappings per campaign.
