Fringe Benefits for PCA staff - $757,000.00
Employer Share for Probate Court staff - $3,424,000.00
Employer Share for Probate Court retirees - $2,889,000.00

Auto lease, fuel, maintenance, and supplies - $18,000 for two state
vehicles. Please note that we have analyzed the cost/benefit of
maintaining state vehicles versus mileage reimbursement for the use of
personal vehicles and conclude that it is a cost effective solution to
maintain the two state vehicles. Also noteworthy, we eliminated a
third vehicle approximately 18 months ago when the current Probate Court
Administrator, Judge Paul Knierim, took office.

PCA Staff
We currently have 1 part-time and 19 full-time employees. We have two
vacant positions previously established which remain unfilled.

We currently have 3 temporary employees which we will be reducing to 2,
effective April 1. In addition, we have plans to further eliminate an
additional temporary employee within the next 3-6 months.
