By Connecticut Probate court administrator Judge Paul Knierim is failing on July 13, 2010 10:10 AM
What people fail to understand is That Judge Knierim works for the probate judges, all the probate judges belong to a secret society called the Connecticut Probate Assembly.

This is just like belonging to a professional trade origination but it is funded by tax payer dollars. If Judge Knierim were to take a stand against one or more of the corrupt probate judges he would be subject ridicule and possible replacement by the Connecticut Probate Assembly.
This explains why he refuses to help the citizens of Connecticut and fails to make any changes for the common good.
Knierim wants you to believe that the probate courts are local friendly courts but we all know that is not true. Local friendly courts don’t try to steal your land like in Southington. Local and friendly courts don’t just conserve 6.2 million dollars in assets but deem you to be competent in all other areas of your life, like the Stratford probate court does. Local friendly courts don’t fail to unconserve people like the Fairfield Probate Judge Caruso does.

Why do you think the last Probate Court Administrator Judge Lawlor Resigned? He resigned because the Connecticut Probate Assembly would not allow him to enact real reform and enforce the State laws which are commonly broken in the Connecticut probate courts.
So now the Citizens of Connecticut are stuck with a yes man in Judge paul Knierim who takes his marching orders from the Connecticut Probate Judges that supposedly work for him.
