Based on the work of Parker J. Palmer, this four-session series is rooted in the belief that effective service and leadership flow from the identity and integrity of the person. In each session, participants will listen to themselves and each other in a way that allows the soul to be heard, and will find the insights and courage needed to keep soul and role connected, to keep who we are connected to what we do. Using poetry, stories from the wisdom traditions, music and art, this class will encourage each person to slow down and regain awareness of how inner life impacts outer work.
