Cooking by Poaching at Burtons Grill

Culinary Director of Burtons Grill, Denise Baron will be demonstrating her poaching skills on the Williams Sonoma Stainless Steel Nonstick D5 Clad Pans. Guests can enjoy the demonstration while sampling some of Chef Baron’s Poached Pear Salad and Poached Lobster Tail.

Oysters on the Half Shell- 12.95
Island creek oysters served with cocktail sauce or mignonette

Poached Pear Salad- 8.95
bosc pears poached in port wine over baby spinach, arugula, gorgonzola and roasted

borretane onions, all tossed in a white balsamic vinaigrette with candied pecans
Land & Sea- 39.95
5 oz filet seasoned and grilled and served with butter poached North Atlantic Lobster Tail, accompanied with mashed potatoes and asparagus

Stuffed Flounder-26.95
georges bank flounder stuffed with maine lobster and crab, served over a bed of julienned
vegetables and roasted fingerling potatoes and topped with a lemon butter sauce
