Copper smelter Tongling Nonferrous invest 30 million yuan by the central budget

Tongling Nonferrous Metals Copper Smelting Technology Upgrade FGD project is located in the industrial city of circular economy pilot Park, covers an area of 30,000 square meters, total investment of 298.95 million yuan, including fixed assets of 291.37 million yuan; construction works for 36 months , started construction in July 2010, the first half of 2013 put into operation, annual output of 1,453,900 tons sulfuric acid; estimated annual sales income of 436.18 million yuan, the new taxes and additional 43.45 million yuan, after-tax profit of 57.21 million yuan.

The project of absorbing foreign advanced technology, based on a "non-value-state of" high concentration of gas conversion process and the anode refining the direct acid process, sulfuric acid on copper smelting and production of sulfuric acid tail gas desulfurization effectively. With the current conventional double absorption and recovery of sulfur dioxide anode refining process does not smoke, compared with annual sulfur dioxide emissions from the exhaust gas down to 1,silicon powder wholesaler ,063 tons 3,silicon powder supplier,500 tons, 2,437 tons less sulfur dioxide emissions, emissions reduction of 69.6%; the total recovery of sulfur 95% rate increased to 97.51%, sulfur capture rate of 99.78% of total, sulfur dioxide emissions per ton of copper cathode from the 21.9 kg down to 2.67 kg and sustained reduction; unit comprehensive energy consumption per ton of sulfuric acid to reduce 13.96 kg of standard coal, saving 117.25 kwh, saving 1.54 tons.
