The SOS Coaching Network unites an elite group of coaches, trainers, and consultants from around the world, providing them with customized leadership programs, personalized coaching, and tools to help them succeed in the rapidly growing coaching industry. These coaches include life coaches, business coaches, leadership coaches, career coaches, or corporate leadership trainers and consultants.

Before this launch, SOS Leadership was known in Central Texas for its work within organizations. SOS Leadership has provided effective leadership coaching and development for many small to medium sized companies including Imagecraft Exhibits, the Belton Chamber of Commerce, The Dwyer Group, De Leon & Washburn, P.C., and the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.

In starting the SOS Coaching Network, SOS Leadership did not want to forget about its success within organizations so they developed a Corporate License Program that allows companies to offer their employees high quality leadership coaching with goal setting, achievement, and time management programs. The Corporate License Program was formed to provide companies with excellent, personalized training and coaching materials that allow them to invest in the development of their people at a substantially lower cost than bringing in outside trainers and coaches.

Corporate Licensees receive Train the Trainer Certification to ensure that the Human Resource Manager or Training Professional is fully prepared to effectively deliver the programs and get the best results possible. These programs will change the culture of organizations to one that is focused on development and growth, which will inevitably impact the company’s profitability and customer service, while making it a more attractive place to work.

The Corporate License Program will be a powerful resource for organizations of all sizes.
