Salobrena Villas' website has been recently updated to enhance the marketing of their exclusive villas for sale on the Costa Tropical, Spain. The website http://www.salobrenavillas.com in its original form had been popular throughout the almost ten years of its existence but with continuous changes in technology and the market place it was decided that the appearance and functionality of the old site should be updated.

James Thomas a partner in the real estate agency based in Salobreña said it "is an excellent place to retire to or go to relax and we have a lot of clients who are nearing retirement and are not very comfortable with computers and the internet, so one of the aims of the new website was to keep it simple and the navigation easy to use while maintaining the same useful information and presenting the properties in an attractive manner. The change to the website now brings the online appearance of the business in-line with the rest of the branding which was updated at the beginning of the year. James said “we are quite unusual for an estate agency in Spain where the industry was deregulated some years ago allowing anyone to set up a business overnight.” All the partners have professional backgrounds and qualifications, James was a qualified lawyer, Mike Lingwood (MRICS) qualified as a surveyor in the UK before coming to Salobrena over twenty years ago and Margaret Lingwood his wife has a Spanish GIPE qualification which is a specialist conveyancing qualification attainable in Spain. “We decided we wanted the image to be one of professionalism, something you could trust and rely on. Spain has gained a reputation for attracting foreign estate agents who sell illegal properties and although many have now disappeared there are still some unscrupulous real estate agencies that remain.”
