This event has been officially approved by the American Heart Association. Must be 21+ to attend event.

Chelsea's of New York's exciting costume fashion show will feature women's couture costumes by Mystery House Costumes, Roma and J. Valentine Costumes, to name a few. Glam hair and make-up by Azemi Salons.

Prizes that will be given away during the evening include Victoria's Secret cosmetic kits, clothing and jewelery gift certificates, high-quality Halloween costumes from Chelsea’s of New York.com, and much more.

Comedy Magician, Lee Terbosic will perform during the evening. Special guest Emcee will be Pittsburgh's 50 Finest Alumni, Frank Murgia.
