Country Bands and Beauties Get Discovered in Music Video. Enter Contest Beginning August 15th

The video will be strategically promoted through Itunes and Youtube.com, as well as some other media outlets, in hopes of an even larger discovery.

The contest begins on August 15th, when Country Bands in the USA will have the ability to submit a two (2) minute video performing any song and Beauties in the USA will submit a two (2) minute video explaining why they feel they are the perfect Hillbilly Barbie.

Hillbilly Barbie, is a fun and upbeat song, about a born and raised country woman that brings all elements into a relationship. Co-Writer, Leisa Coffman explains, "This song came to be because I am from West Virginia and I also happen to love style and fashion, my boyfriend, TY, began calling me his Hillbilly Barbie. Because I am also a singer/songwriter, it sparked a melody and lyrics and before we knew it, Hillbilly Barbie the song was born."

Leisa, who is also a marketing specialist, decided to promote the song through the Band & Beauties contest. She and Ty both felt that this was a wonderful way of promoting the song and yet at the same time, helping to discover some unknown talent that could help bring the song alive. The added Beauties will bring the music video full circle of course! The winners will get an all expenses paid trip to Columbus, Ohio, for the Music Video production, along with free gifts from participating sponsors such as wardrobe and makeovers necessary for the Music Video.
