Platinum-selling country music artist Rodney Atkins takes the stage at the Stardust Event Center at Blue Chip Casino, Hotel & Spa, Michigan City, Indiana on Saturday, April 16 at 8 pm CT; doors open at 7 pm.

Tickets are available for $20, $30 and $40 at Ticketmaster.com and at the Blue Chip Gift Box in the Blue Chip Casino pavilion. Guests must be 21 or older, with a valid state or government issued photo ID.

Atkins made his debut with his “Honesty” album, with the title song becoming a top five song on the country charts. His 2006 release, “If You’re Going Through Hell,” went platinum and scored four number 1 hits, including “If You’re Going Through Hell (Before the Devil Even Knows)”, “These Are My People,” “Cleaning This Gun (Come On Boys)” and “Invisibly Shaken.” His most recent hit is “Farmer’s Daughter,” which is on the 2010 re-release of his third album, “It’s America.” Atkins was named top new male vocalist in 2006 by the Academy of Country Music.
