The Coye Law Firm was recently notified by the United States Patent and Trademark office that the firm’s trademark phrase is now registered.

The Coye Law Firm first used this slogan in April 2008 and after ensuring it was not trademarked by another firm, continued to make use of the phrase on their website www.coyelaw.com , in videos, on radio, and printed on office materials. The application to trademark the slogan was filed in April of this year.
