(Free-Press-Release.com) February 20, 2010 -- Nancy Pelosi and Barney Frank are an albatross around the neck of the Democrats and should not lead the Party. They are perceived as deceitful, incredibly wasteful and out of touch. These two spendthrifts are doing an incredibly disproportionate amount of damage to the Democrats for 2010.

The Republicans aren’t gaining ground as much as the Democrats are losing it quickly. The Republicans haven’t shown themselves yto be any better at problem solving.

A FIX FOR EXCESS HOUSING INVENTORY: 20% down payment 700 plus credit score “stated income or bank statement cash flow loans” are well performing loans and safe for Fannie Mae to offer today with housing prices at a bottom. This type of loan program would give a needed means to investors so that more of these seasoned business people may purchase and absorb the excess housing inventory while taking the burden off of the banks and the GSE’s. Note: A deviation from the high standard of 20% down payment minimum and scores above 700 will again result in more defaults.

Poorly executed government policy has virtually closed the door to the majority of self-employed home buyers. The regulators have truly thrown the baby out with the bath water as to residential lending program availability. The most effective thing the government can do right now is start offering STATED INCOME LOANS TO SELF-EMPLOYED PEOPLE (ONLY SELF EMPLOYEDS) WITH 20% MIN DOWNS AND 700 PLUS CREDIT SCORES.

Americans are urging positive change today..

1. Get jobs on track quickly- people are nervous and are fuming angry at incumbents

2. Do not encumber America with too much government- eliminate wasteful programs
3. Open up Chinese markets and reduce their exports to us- we are being flooded with junk
4. Reduce debt, reduce debt, reduce debt – don’t make us a third world debt nation
5. Stop creating bureaucracies but rather set “standards” for private industry (especially for the health care and financial sectors)
6. Tax incentives for green technology manufacturing in the US and export it to improve the global environment. Lets produce it here and sell it.
7. A capital gains tax holiday for gentrification projects for commercial properties over 100 years old

8. Reduce overt military action in favor of covert
9. Don’t pander to the big government left fringe or the Wall St right
10. Support workers but don’t support their stranglehold on innovation
11. Reduce illegal immigration
12. SUBSTANCIALLY REBUILD the middle class
13. Stop creating a handout culture, do like Clinton did with welfare reform
14. Increase ethical standards in congress and investigate it at the State level
