CPAP Distilled Water Travel Solution
Announcing the PAPFlask, a leakproof distilled water container that permits patients to check it in their luggage or declare medically related liquid to TSA for carry on inspection.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) August 15, 2009 --
"Most CPAP travelers find that managing distilled water is a real problem," said Bret Randall, a CPAP patient and owner of CPAP Solutions LC. Many people have had bad experiences checking water with their luggage and TSA regulations limit carry-on liquids to three ounces.
The 32-ounce PAPFlask, a new product developed by CPAP Solutions, solves both of these problems for busy CPAP travelers. The container is guaranteed to be leak proof so patients may check it with confidence that it won't leak. For carry-on inspection, the PAPFlask takes advantage of TSA regulations that permit reasonable amounts of medically-related liquids to be carried on if the container is presented separately for inspection and declared as a medically-related liquid. The PAPFlask label is consistent with TSA policy for medically-related liquids.
"It's a fantastic solution for me," said Rob Hyde, a business executive who travels regularly with his CPAP. "I don't care for the smell of chlorine tap water and I worry about mineral deposits in my equipment. The PAPFlask has never leaked and I've successfully carried it on many times through TSA inspection."
The product is available for sale at www.pursleep.com.
