There are several apps to do this, like the Wildfire iframe app, Pagemodo (among the more popular ones) etc. however I found the following disadvantages of using them:

Wildfire iframe app: Fangate works great. But—While uploading an image as the tab content can be done with ease, adding code as the tab content has heavy restrictions. The iframe accepts only basic html i.e. no css, no border property, no padding property, no javascript etc. which is a real pain.

Pagemodo: Great for uploading a single image as tab content however fangate and coded iframes are premium features and are not free.

Also, both these options put their own branding at the bottom right of your tab design if you’re using the free version.
