Lance Graulich, Manager of the flagship location and creator of the CREATE Dining concept and Warren Markowitz, Director of CREATE Acquisitions Corp (owner of CREATE Restaurant) and CEO of CYA Associates have determined that the best way to share the CREATE dining experience is through expansion via the capital markets. CREATE has decided to work with CYA Associates headed by Warren Markowitz to navigate the state and federal rules and regulations governing the capital markets in order for its expansion to be successful.
