CREATEATHON and TRICKEY JENNUS OFFER PRO BONO SERVICES TO NONPROFITS

Tampa, Florida, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) September 1, 2010 -- TAMPA, FL — Trickey Jennus invites Tampa Bay nonprofit organizations to submit applications for its CreateAthon® event, to be held November 10-11, 2010. CreateAthon is a 24-hour blitz during which Trickey Jennus provides creative marketing services to nonprofit organizations on a pro bono basis. This year marks the first year that Trickey Jennus will hold this community service event.

Trickey Jennus will donate creative marketing services to five (5) nonprofit organizations in the Tampa Bay area at no cost. Additionally, Trickey Jennus has secured donated production and media services from area printers, photographers, illustrators, broadcast production companies, web designers and media outlets.

“CreateAthon will represent some of the most important work we do all year,” said Tom Jennus, Creative Director at Trickey Jennus. “Given the budget challenges nonprofits have had in the last several years, we believe the difference CreateAthon can make is greater than ever. For us, it’s a pleasure to be able to put our talent to work for social good.”

The firm is equally confident the national CreateAthon network will positively impact nonprofits across the country. Since the program’s expansion from a single market to a national effort in 2002, 73 agencies in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico have held CreateAthon events in their cities. The effort has benefited over 1,100 nonprofit organizations with 2,500 projects valued at $11 million.
