McLean, VA, July 30, 2009: Join over 25 applied-creativity thought leaders, pioneering entrepreneurs and business innovators from around the country - in the fields of applied creativity, innovation, organizational change and development, social media and transformational leadership, for a practical exploration of tools and frameworks for fostering creativity in business.

This dynamic conference, Creativity in Business: Navigating the New Work Paradigm, focuses on applied creativity as the key driver for success in rapidly changing and challenging times. Included in the conference are experiential breakout sessions, compelling thought leader panels, real-time creative problem-solving, facilitated improvisation, an Arts and Business Services Auction, and a lively Festival including networking, socializing, delicious hors d’oeuvres from the award-winning Mie N Yu restaurant, book signings, give-aways, stand-up comedy and music!

To support creativity in the DC area community, 100% of auction proceeds will be donated to Project Create DC, an organization which brings professionally-led arts experiences to at risk-children living in transitional housing programs in Washington, DC to foster critical thinking skills, creative expression, self-esteem and social skills.
