Credence Corporation, headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, has expanded its computer forensics portfolio by deploying a dedicated department for lawyers and law enforcement officers to provide digital forensics and investigation services that include on-site seizure and data collection, duplication, storage and preservation of computers and computer related evidence and prompt and accurate forensic examinations of digitally stored media.

Other services in this department include incident response, a state-of-the-art forensic laboratory as a source to preserve data and expert testimony to act as an intermediary between the counsel and the jury to ensure that the evidence is credible for use in a court room.

Prior to joining Credence Corporation, Mrs. Elder served as the Vice President of Information Technology and Corporate Security for the Phorsite Group in Fort Lauderdale where she was responsible for leading the Phorsite Group’s global Information Services and Technology Division which supported more than 100 employees and 1200 clients in two countries.

Mrs. Elder also served as a Special Agent in the United States Secret Service. During her tenure with the U.S. Secret Service, Mrs. Elder received her certification as a Computer Forensics Analyst and became a member of the Electronic Crimes Special Agent Program (ECSAP). Mrs. Elder has also conducted criminal investigations in the areas of Access Device Fraud, Financial Crimes, International Communications Fraud, and Presidential Threats through electronic communications.
