CreditMagic improves design and simplifies navigation

CreditMagic has come up with a new look wherein different sections are highlighted and add-on features have been introduced. The purpose is to offer a user-friendly online experience to visitors

But if you need answers to some of the common questions asked by consumers, you’ll find them easily in the FAQ section. Then there’s the Letters of Credit section, where you’ll find sample letters to help you communicate with creditors (or collection agency) in writing.

Through the new design, the community aims to showcase features like the Ask Community section and the Forums, wherein visitors get credit help and advice by asking questions to members and experts. The Forums is now more prominent and comes along with a drop-down feature so that you can easily choose the category wherein you intend to post your query or participate in discussions.

The new design at CreditMagic helps you to navigate directly to the section on popular discussions, wherein you’ll find topics which are most sought-after by members and guests. An add-on feature is the CreditMagic blog that’ll keep you updated with the latest events in the community – be it the launch of a new product or any new activity wherein you can participate along with other members. The blog will also make you aware of how to deal with credit problems and related issues and keep you informed about the recent updates in the industry.

The new look gives you easy access to the Community Area which helps you to login as a member or join the Community and enjoy the benefits of being a member. Says Richard, a Community Moderator, “The new design will help visitors explore and navigate through the various sections quickly. So it’ll help in customer satisfaction as well.”

Finally, the new design assists in highlighting the credit help and services offered by the community. Special emphasis is given to showcase the Live Chat section which helps you to chat with community members and get quick solutions to your credit problems. Moreover, the search option is highlighted in a better way so that it is as easy as possible for you to find the information you’re looking for.
