What is Avaya ACE?
Avaya ACE™ is a software-based solution that dramatically simplifies and accelerates the process of integrating multi-vendor communications systems with business applications. It is a key part of Avaya Intelligent Communications enabling organizations to improve business agility and competitiveness by integrating communications with people-dependent business applications and processes. Using Avaya ACE™, IT developers can endow business systems with communications capabilities, quickly and simply.
