National Geographic started its new, very popular series of 'Locked up Abroad' this year and the episode titled, The Daredevil Drug Runner, boosted ratings for the show and Christopher Chance's books.
The show is currently being screened all around the world; consequently, Chance's website is being hit thousands of times each week.
Aided by Britain's most popular tabloid newspaper, The Sun, Chance's latest book, 'The Assassins Code 1' is being snapped up from the Amazon on-line bookstore and other book retailers.
The Sun's literary critic, Natasha Harding, started her review with, 'Bad-boy-turned author, writes brilliant books for the boys.' She went on to fill most of the page with an in-depth interview in which Chance states he shared a table with terrorists, murderers, paedophiles, rapists, cannibals, necrophiliacs, sociopaths and even shared a cell with French surgeon, Jean Beclet, who butchered his wife with a meat cleaver.
This coming weekend (Saturday, 3rd December), Chance will be signing and dedicating his books in Waterstones bookstore, Stevenage, Hertfordshire and the following weekend at Waterstones, Hatfield Galleria. Waterstones are Britain's largest High Street book retailer.
The hard work making the National Geographic episode and the writing of his books looks like 'The bad-boy-turned author' may well be on his way to becoming a best-selling author.
