FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) September 25, 2009 -- The fundraiser will consist of two group CrossFit classes of the Fight Gone Bad workout. The Wounded Warrior Project was started by a few veterans who witnessed fellow soldiers returning home injured from the middle east and determined there was a responsibility to assist these brave men and women in their transition back into civilian life. The objective was to provide tangible support for the severely wounded and help them on the road to healing, both physically and mentally.

Athletes for a Cure, a program of the Prostate Cancer Foundation, is a fundraising and awareness program to assist individual athletes in their quest to raise money for better treatments and a cure for prostate cancer. Every dollar raised from the program goes directly to the Prostate Cancer Foundation.

100% of all funds collected will be donated to the Wounded Warrior Project and Athletes for a Cure.
Pacific Personal Training will also match all funds collected.

The Fight Gone Bad workout is a grueling 16-minute workout consisting of completing 3 rounds of 5 different exercise stations for one minute each, with a 1-minute rest between rounds: 1) 20lb Wall Ball; 2) 75lb Sumo Dead High Pull; 3) 75lb Push-Press; 4) 24” Box Jumps; 5) Row machine. All repetitions are count for one point except for the row machine, which counts each calorie burned as one point.
