To start your meal, enjoy the full-flavored Marques de Casa Concha Merlot, a full-flavored, lightly herbal wine, complemented by a Baked Brie with Toasted Almonds. Then try Chef Francois’ Crab Cake with Fresh Remoulade Sauce accompanied by the creamy texture and invigorating finish of the Marques de Casa Concha Chardonnay.

Next, the Marques de Casa Concha Carmenere offers a layered, succulent complement to the Belgian Endive Salad with Prosciutto. For your main course, Chef Francois’ Beef Tenderloin and Green Peppercorn Sauce brings out the refined structure and well-honed tannins of the Marques de Casa Concha Cabernet Sauvignon.
