Also check Calvary Baptist Church and Everlasting Missionary Baptist Church for fraud.Mr. Gowin has also defrauded Crystal Drive Baptist Church out of approximately $2,500.00 Monthly for using church space and property both inside and outside for equipment that belongs to Gowin Industries. He has not paid rent for over 8 ½ YEARS and is in arrears over $250,000.00. He also gave himself contracts from Gowin Industries to both Crystal Drive Baptist Church and Crystal Drive Bible Church for which much of the Goods are still being stored at the church property.

Mr. Gowin also coned our staff out of monies to purchase electrical wire for the warehouse that was supposedly vandalized and Mr. Gowin and his son Robert illegally installed the wiring without a permit. Mr. Gowin is responsible for numerous code violations at the church property including raw sewage coming out of the back/side of the building and too many electrical violations to count both inside and outside.

We suspect Mr. Gowin is involved with similar crimes in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and Kentucky and maybe Hawaii. Subpoena his cell phone records: (214-243-6852). He also had our volunteers use a false no sales tax card at Wal-Mart issued to Crystal Drive Bible Church as well as using the Reliant Energy Bible Church account to provide electric to 1730 Bruton Rd. belonging to Gowin Industries.

the process for the legal transaction sale of said properties so Mr. Gowin was aware that the Lake June Property could only be transferred from one 501(c)(3) to another. That was the only legal method we would participate in. He had no problem with that till it was discovered that his settlement company was a party to the illegal transfer of the property to Fedelina Estrada. When that information with supporting documentation was provided to us we demanded that Mike Vullo and his company resign from their position and we would secure a Title Company with a good reputation. They also left out of the TV spot that on June 26,2009 the property was deeded to Crystal Drive Bible Church, the name that has appeared on the building for over a decade. Mr. Gowin is a criminal of the worst kind because he uses the front of the Church to do his dirty dealings. PLEASE CHECK ALL THE RESEARCH INFORMATION.
