When you are eating good bacon you know it . The same goes for when you are eating the freshest seafoods you also know it. Its a wonder what salt has done for the culinary world with out it there would be no bacon to bring home or no seafood worth eating . Somtimes sugar is the perfect additive to salty foods. If your bored with pan frying your bacon , try sprinking a generous amount of brown suger on it and baking it . Chocolate is also a possibility . My favorite way to cook th raw seafoods such as lobster meat , scallops , and shrimp is in butter , with a clove of garlic on a hot skillet. Olive oil would be a healthier alternative. In a few minute a 1/3 chunk of a raw Maine lobster tail(2 ounces) is fried perfectly .In about 15 minutes the bacon has caramalized . I know wrapping the seafood in bacon is a traditional way to do this and is neat . Creating a little sculpture of seafood and bacon is the artistic version worth paying a few more dollers for .
