FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Detroit, Michigan, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) November 10, 2011 -- Hines Park Lincoln is pleased to announce that they offer MyLincoln Touch at their dealership. MyLincoln Touch has undergone some major improvements from last year’s system and is now easier to read and use. When working with SYNC technology, MyLincoln Touch allows drivers to control the car’s features by using the steering wheel buttons or by giving a voice command.

With MyLincoln Touch, two 4.2-inch screens on either side of the instrument panel make up the command center. On the left screen, drivers can view the tachometer, fuel level, MPG fuel efficiency, and miles to go before empty. On the right screen, drivers can control their phone, entertainment, and climate choices. Both screens can be personalized to show the most used information and can be controlled with the five-way control buttons on the steering wheel.

Gone are the days where drivers have to bend over and take their eyes off the road to change their music. With MyLincoln Touch, drivers can verbally command the radio to change stations. After hooking up a MP3 player, drivers can also give a verbal command to search for a specific song or artist. With Sirius XM radio, the REPLAY button can be pressed to replay a song and the ALERT button can be pressed to alert drivers when that song is played again on any Sirius XM station. The buttons on the steering wheel can be used to control the music as well.

Drivers never have to feel guilty about driving and texting with MyLincoln Touch. My Lincoln Touch enables incoming text messages to be safely read and sent. When paired with a phone, the system will read incoming text messages over the car speakers. To safely respond, drivers can choose from a list of fifteen different preset text responses and send it by touching the touch screen. To call back the person who sent the text, drivers can simply use the buttons on their steering wheel or give a voice command.
