CuteyBaby Spreads Goodwill in the Chicago Suburbs

Lombard, IL - November 30th 2009- Ada Vaughan, founder of CuteyBaby, LLC is reaching out to help in the community. “Even as a start-up, there are small things we can do that make a big difference to kids,” says Vaughan. Local groups such as Hephzibah Childrens Association and the Crisis Center for South Suburbia have been recent beneficiaries of CuteyBaby’s desire to help others.

Last month CuteyBaby interns Joseph Struck and Elizabeth Ferguson worked to pack and deliver 150 bright red gift bags to Hephzibah. The bags included removable stickers with CuteyBaby’s designs, as well as crayons, paper, pencil, and sharpener. Hephzibah’s Faye Wagener expressed their thanks, “We were thrilled to use the gift bags in our after-school program, and as a homework helper.” CuteyBaby designs such as Planes, Dinosaurs, Monkeys, Fairies, Giraffes, and Pirates were featured for the gift decals.

In September, CuteyBaby founder Ada Vaughan got together a group of friends to assemble and donate 20 Project Night Night bags to the Crisis Center for South Suburbia for children in transition. The tote bags each included a soft blanket, toy, and book targeted to various ages. Some blankets were handmade, and books included lots of favorites from Goodnight Moon to Mo Willems Pigeon series.

CuteyBaby continues to look for ways to give back to the community. With a brand new Modern Cloth Diaper design being released in December, Ada Vaughan is working with local hospitals like Elmhurst Memorial to help educate moms in the Chicago area about cloth diapering options. “Our goal is to give back 1% of time, profits, and eventually ownership to worthy causes – especially to help children,” explains Ada Vaughan,” as CuteyBaby grows, so will our positive impact and contributions.”
