Cuvee Bistro Bestowed with 2011 Wine Spectator Award of Excellence

Destin, Florida, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) September 23, 2011 -- Chef Tim Creehan's Cuvee Bistro in Destin, Florida has been awarded the prestigious 2011 Wine Spectator Award of Excellence by global benchmark Wine Spectator Magazine. Cuvee Bistro was this year's only restaurant located in Destin to be honored in the international magazine's annual Restaurant Wine List Awards program.

Wine Spectator's Restaurant Wine List Awards recognize restaurants whose wine lists offer interesting selections, are appropriate to their cuisine and appeal to a wide range of wine lovers. To qualify for an award, the list must present complete, accurate wine information. It must include vintages and appellations for all selections, including wines available by the glass. Complete producer names and correct spellings are mandatory, while the overall presentation and appearance of the list is also taken into consideration. Creehan resurrected Cuvee in 2009, offering classic French, Asian and Mediterranean influenced delicacies along with his signature dishes including Amy Grant’s Seared Tuna Rare and Vince Gill’s Pecan Crusted Grouper.
