DALLAS, TX – Spring and summer clothes are finally overshadowing winter leftovers on the racks in stores around Dallas. But after a long, cold winter many Dallas residents are starting ambitious workout programs to prepare them for “barely there” clothing.
The Cycling Center of Dallas’ Cycling Performance classes offer a demanding workout, but provide measurable results. The next session begins April 5, just in time to prepare for summer, with class times in the morning, afternoon and evening to accommodate your busy schedule.

Welcome visit Our WebSite:
http://www.cyclingcenterdallas.com In Cycling Performance classes, your bicycle is installed onto a CompuTrainer (TM), a training device that measures your performance in watts, which provides a much more accurate measure of your workout than spin classes or distance or time-based workouts.
Coach Richard Wharton, author of Watts Per Kilogram: Using the CompuTrainer (TM) Indoor Ergometer to Improve Your Performance and owner of the Cycling Center of Dallas says, “Our participants take these classes to meet a variety of goals. One participant lost 75 pounds last year, while others used the program to improve their triathlon race times .”
For more information about Cycling Performance classes, watch a class demonstration on their You Tube video. To sign up for classes contact Coach Wharton at the email address associated with this release.
The Cycling Center of Dallas helps cyclists improve their performance, lose weight and learn basic cycling safety skills through their Cycling Performance, Spin and Cycling Safety programs.
