CyraCom International Announces Phoenix Expansion

Tucson, Arizona, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) June 6, 2011 -- CyraCom International, Inc., the Tucson-based language services provider, announced today that it will be expanding into Phoenix and opening a new contact center.

The 55,100 sq. foot contact center, located in the suburb of Chandler, will provide language interpreter jobs- one of the fastest growing careers in the country, according to the U.S Department of Labor.

These new employee interpreters will be providing Over-the-Phone Interpretation services, which are essential for healthcare, utilities, finance, insurance, county government, and other organizations interacting with the growing population of Limited English Proficient people.

The decision to expand to Phoenix comes in the wake of CyraCom International creating 400 jobs in its Tucson contact center and being named Southern Arizona’s 2nd fastest growing company, according to the Star 200 Arizona Daily Star survey. Due to this success and the anticipation of future growth, expansion was necessary and a great opportunity for both the company and Phoenix.
