D2S GAMES PROVIDES A “SNEAK PEEK” TO GAME DEVELOPERS New game platform to be revealed to game developers and mobile communities at May 26th event at SF’s Sports Basement

(Free-Press-Release.com) May 21, 2010 -- San Francisco, CA --- May 18, 2010 --- D2S Games announced today that it will be hosting a “sneak peek” party to show off it’s new game platform and recently released D2S MoJoe game controller for the iPhone/iPod touch. The event will be held on May 26th from 6-9pm in San Francisco at the Grotto of the Sports Basement store on Bryant St near SF’s Financial District.

“We’re excited to be getting our games in front of the bay area’s mobile technology community,” said Matt Siegel, CTO of D2S Games. “We’re interested in having our platform thoroughly tested by early adopters and seeing their reactions. We’re also interested in having independent game developers sign up to begin developing to our platform.”

At the event, D2S Games will demonstrate it’s new D2S Games platform and first three games, Stone-Age Derby, Cow Snatchers from Outer Space and SmartAsk. The D2S Games platform connects players mobile phones to big screen, multi-player game action. While players can fly, run or answer trivia questions using their phones as a Wii like controller, all the game play action takes place on a big screen so all players, as well as the general event audience, can view and participate in the game.

The D2S Games Sneak Peek party is being sponsored by the Sports Basement, located in San Francisco at 1590 Bryant Street. D2S Games and participating sponsors will provide drinks and food for all attendees during the three hour party. Sports Basement will also provide a 20% discount on any purchase made by D2S Game players during the event. Attendees are encouraged to download the new iPhone enabled D2S MoJoe controller to play the games and participate in a “Break the Code” contest.

Other sponsors include Kleenslate Concepts, who supplied their Kleenslate paddles and dry erase markers as prizes and give-aways for the “Break the Code” contest. Media and community supporters include Web Wallflower, SF Mobile, NextNow and MobileMondays.
