Dale Finch Appointed to Cealtec Board

Cealtec Products Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Dale Finch as a Director on the Board of Cealtec Products Inc., a privately held company registered in the province of British Columbia, Canada.

Barry Good, President & CEO stated “ Dale brings a wealth of automotive experience to the Cealtec™ Board and will help to expand the focus of the company within the North American automotive, truck and equipment fleet segments as well as assisting the company as an industry liaison with all levels of government and the private sector.”

Mr. Finch recently retired as President & CEO of the Automotive Retailers Association of Canada after 6 years. There he represented approximately 1200 members in 8 industry divisions engaged in daily advocacy with a host of government ministries, insurance companies, municipalities and WorkSafe BC.

Dale’s diversified automotive and business experience will enable him to assist the Board of Directors in building and executing strategic, financial and business plans effectively. Mr. Finch has been described as a Professional who is driven to attain results, who builds strong relationships and alliances that led to business partnerships and a high level of employee engagement through an empowering leadership style. Skilled at selecting and developing employees to fit within the overall strategic vision of an organization and is very Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) focused. Dale previously held various executive positions with the following associations and groups:

• Canadian Automotive Repair Service Council of Canada - Board member

• Automotive Training Standards Organization – Board member

• Auto Recyclers of Canada - Board member

• GM Goodwrench Marketing Committee – Chairman

Mr. Finch Played a key leadership role in resolving “Right to Repair” as an alternative to Bill C-273 which was critical to the automotive service and repair industry in Canada. The solution was a strategic partnership between Industry Canada, Auto Manufacturers and the automotive aftermarket known as Canadian Automotive Service Information Standard (CASIS info at http://www.natacanada.ca/news.html ).

Mr. Finch’s extensive experience as an industry lead, working on provincial legislative changes including Vicarious Liability, legislation (re: motorcycle safety) and vehicle inspection programs will be an asset to Cealtec™.

Dale presently holds a key management position with UNITOW Services (1978) LTD. in Langley, B.C. as their Chief Operating Officer.
