Dame-Nation is a female based event in Chicago, IL. Since it's inception the festival has featured over 30 performers, 16 hours of live metal music and more. Deadmanswake is the latest to be announced

Chicago, Illinois, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) April 18, 2011 -- Deadcenter Entertainment was proud to announce the return of Dame-Nation this summer last fall. The team at Dame-Nation is now proud to announce it's latest addition to the Dame-Nation 2011 band line-up. On Saturday July 30th 2011 Dame-Nation 2011 will also feature the melodic metal talents of Deadmanswake.

"Deadmanswake is female-fronted melodic metal with a whole lot of balls. DMW is a five-piece music machine with JP Soule and Josh Barker trading leads and rhythms on the front line. Troll proves that the bass isn't something to be shoved into the background with brilliant and talented grooves... Brandon Schabell holds the rhythm section together, giving the rest of the band a perfect platform. Topped off with Kryssie Ridolfi's bluesy-yet-rock'n'roll vocal styles, DMW promises to rock your face while you sing along."

The band and the "franchise" is very happy to work together and hopes to do more Dame-Nation events in the future. This will be the bands third appearance in just as many shows.

This years event will be at Reggies Rock Club located just south west of Soldier Field in Chicago, IL. The doors will open at 5:00pm with many performances going on until around 12:00am. The after party will be held and hosted by The Chicago Women of Metal at the same location until 3:00am
