Kizomba is spreading across the globe and has landed in TEXAS!!!

Kizomba is growing in the Lone Star State and is starting to be played at Latin clubs in Houston, Dallas and Austin. In addition to salsa, merengue and bachata, clubs are now introducing Kizomba in their music playlist.... are YOU dancing Kizomba or watching EVERYONE ELSE dance Kizomba?

Interested in learning?? Join Danca Ma Mi Kizomba as we host our first Kizomba workshop of the 2013 year. We are very excited to bring you Oscar B.A., a.k.a. DC's Kizomba Ambassador. Oscar, a native of Kenya grew up dancing this wonderful dance of Kizomba amongst other traditional dances of Africa. His exceptional span of knowledge in all forms of dance from Salsa, Bachata, Hip Hop and Ballroom allow him to relate and explain even the most complex moves in terms everyone can understand regardless of dance background.

If you are NEW to Kizomba, this workshop IS FOR YOU!!

If you are EXPERIENCED in Kizomba, this workshop IS FOR YOU!!

This weekend workshop will have a strong focus on Kizomba foundations .We will also cover musicality, the differences between dances that fall under the Kizomba umbrella, and an introduction to Semba. Join us as well at our Afro-Latin Social to practice your new Kizomba moves.
