Danielle Vicuna Charged with Felony Theft in Wisconsin Rapids

Danielle Vicuna, formerly of Niles, Illinois, and a current resident of Wisconsin Rapids WI, was charged with felony theft in Wood County court on Monday October 10, 2011. She is charged with the theft of $5,988.00 in cash from Goodness Properties, a Wisconsin Rapids, WI. business. District Attorney John Henkelmann is prosecuting the case against Danielle Vicuna, who also uses the names Danielle Schalk and Danielle Juarez. Case files allege that Vicuna received cash rent payments from tenants of Goodness Properties in Wisconsin Rapids, and failed to deposit payments totalling a minimum of $5,988.00 into company bank accounts.

Evidence shows that Vicuna deceived her employer and tenants by keeping a double set of receipt books in an attempt to cover up the alleged thefts, and consistently misled company management about the receipt of rental payments. The hearing on this criminal felony case will be held at 4:00pm on October 26, 2011 at the Wood County Wisconsin courthouse in Wisconsin Rapids. Detective Julie Bueger, case investigator and Terri Goodness, majority shareholder of The Goodness Company and Goodness Properties will present evidence and testimony against Vicuna in court.
