DARK, SEXY AND EDGY BI-WEEKLY ANIMATED WEBISODES DEBUTE ON SPIRIT GUM LUV

United States of America -- Free-Press-Release.com-- Oct 4, 2010 -- Spirit Gum Luv is the story of a hapless yet handsome wizard whose powers could bring about the potential fall of mankind and the woman that has been trained to stop him (but falls in love with him in the process). The brainchild of published novelist/animator Alicia "LUV" Norman, SGL was initially a graphic novel/comic that she brought to life via CGI animation.

When LUV first tried her hand at animation it was slow going and extremely frustrating, "I am not very technical at all, " She freely admits, "but with a little research and help from my more, shall we say, tech savvy hubby, I was able to get the hang of it."

Spirit Gum Luv was initially a graphic novel that LUV wrote and illustrated herself. Inspired by the Hernandez Brothers comics LOVE AND ROCKETS, the creation was a pencil and ink drama series with a little magic thrown into the mix.

The storyline grew and was penned into a screenplay. One interested agent asked LUV if she would consider animating the storyline. This sparked interest in animating the project herself.

LUV has since hit the ground running creating LUV Multimedia which centers around CGI related works as well as graphic design. Finding the process very freeing, LUV has since began developing feature film projects with the first effort, DEATH AND THE MAIDEN, slated for release in the Spring of 2011.

Currently, SpiritGumLuv.com is free for users and will soon feature a social area called the MEMBER'S LOUNGE where SGL enthusiasts can mix, mingle, make friends and perhaps upload some of their own artwork and fantasy drawings.
