Darnell to Lead Materials Shared Customer Service

Indianapolis, Indiana, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) January 24, 2012 -- Sherry Laboratories has streamlined its efforts by establishing a shared customer service that supports customers of both materials laboratories in Indiana and Oklahoma. The personnel will remain co-located in each lab and will benefit from cross-training and standardization of procedures, best practices and knowledge. Northern Materials Division’s newly promoted Manager of Customer Service, Cindy Darnell, will lead the consolidated department.

Cindy has over 10 years of tenure at Sherry Laboratories, most recently as Supervisor of Northern Materials Customer Service at our Indiana materials laboratory. She earned her BS in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University in December 2011.
