DataRevenue.Org to Merge With Global Data Revenue, Inc.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Los Angeles, California, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) January 10, 2011 -- The previously Unincorporated Nonprofit Association (known as datarevenue.org Reg. No. 10715) will be absorbed by the Nonprofit, Nonstock Corporation known as Global Data Revenue, Inc. All assets including websites, domains and liabilities shall be transferred to the new organization.

All Charter Member benefits shall roll over with the merger. All MMS deposits and registrations shall roll over with the merger. All records from the past shall be included within the merger. Any other agreements shall expire on February 14, 2011 but may be re-established after the merger.
