DC-based Influentials Network Launches New Online Debate Contest Website

(Free-Press-Release.com) May 13, 2011 -- Influentials Network recently announced the launch of a new debate website INdebate to encourage debate on each day’s most controversial and popular political issue.

WASHINGTON, DC (March 6, 2011) - Influentials Network LLC (IN) recently announced the launch of a new debate platform on its website (www.Influentials Network.com) to encourage debate of today’s most popular , contingent, and current political news issues.

Started by 16-year political and public affairs veteran, Terry Lee, INdebate is a premier online destination for political debate. The website focuses on popular and controversial political topics, and will soon become the internet's best place to determine public support and opposition for national and local issues.

Now in its initial launch, INdebate encourages debate through a customized FB comment format. Over time the website will take on various forms, including bulletin boards, polls, and more community-oriented features.

Each weekday, a daily “Today’s IN-10 Hot Button Topic” will be selected, and registered IN Facebook “fans” will be eligible to compete by arguing support or oppose. Participants will have from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm to submit their case and then all users will vote on all the entrants from 3:30 pm to 11:00 pm. The two participants with the most votes will be declared the winner each day. The participants with the most wins each month will receive cash and gift prizes

According to its founders, Influentials Network helps to simplify the complex debates dominating political discourse. In time, as INdebate develops and grows, the community's votes will automatically render their own archives helping to clarify what are often challenging and controversial debates.
