Dealer HD announced today it has implemented a new feature to their Contact At Once chat integration.

Dealer HD websites utilize the Contact At Once chat system and now DHD clients can identify the vehicles customers are reviewing automatically during a chat session.

Implementing a Contact At Once dealer chat software, Dealer HD’s live chat now allows dealerships to identify the vehicle a customer is looking at when they click to chat from a vehicle details page. The integration works seamlessly by sending a vehicle URL before the chat begins. Providing additional information to dealerships aids dealers in the chat process by allowing them to complete informational and educational chat sessions.
