The World Styling Team 2013 crowned Deborah Carter of the Los Angeles based Spa-Go's Mobile Day Spa for creating this year's BEST use of color with her 6 year old rad looking rock star do-op, all temporary, wash out - colors by Graftobian color sprays and professional styling products by KEMEN - Hair Manya for the best in texture and flip.
Deborah is on the World Styling Team and entered the contest in preparation for her role in a lead braider on this year's team, 2013. Deborah will be teaching other members how to perfect their braid and use of color sprays, gels and rubs.
