DAS by Deltanode is a cost-effective and flexible way to build a multi-standard, multi-operator and multi-band wireless infrastructure to distribute a broad range of services including 4G technology in one common platform. This unique platform does not require the deployment of multiple distribution networks in buildings and in outdoor areas and as a result will have a minimal visual impact on the surrounding area. With increased requirements to upgrade existing DAS networks to 4G on different frequencies, Deltanode can provide stable and relatively easy-to-implement solutions. In some cases only the ‘head-end’ needs an upgrade as remote units are 4G enabled from delivery. This results in very reasonable operational costs as compared to traditional macro and micro BTS technology including digital RRH’s.
