In order to achieve the authentic Italian taste, we are making our fresh pasta with real Italian ingredients in 7 steps, mixing, kneading, wrapping, rolling, forming, boiling and cooking! Every dish is a work of art by Chef Nicola which includes the tantalizing Lasagna Bolognese and Chef recommended dishes, Tagliolini with arugula pesto sauce and prawns and Ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach served with a creamy saffron walnut sauce.

The name DELUCCA is derived from the city of Lucca in Tuscany, central Italy, situated on the river Serchio near the Ligurian Sea. It is the capital city of the Province of Lucca, famous for its intact Renaissance-era city walls.*
