Getting it right the first time was the idea Marlena had in setting up her online silk catalog, Designer Scarves by Marlena, with social media. And her top choice, TWITTER. Their marketing partner, Global Assist made it easy and worry free and very affordable for our small company. The last thing I wanted to do was to join another social media group and have to work it every day and hope that I was doing it right. My social manager is great to work with and in a couple weeks I have almost 2000 followers and 500 following plus several lists. They take care of it all including the 5 tweets daily. I give them my own tweets on occasion just to keep them on the track. The timing is good and by the holidays we are looking to see orders and lots of traffic to our website.
