DeskActive and Kosama announce strategic partnership

Des Moines, Iowa, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) August 25, 2011 -- Johnston, IA (August 25, 2011) – Leaders of DeskActive, Inc. and Kosama announced today a long-term strategic partnership to develop a revolutionary mobile app that provides a total fitness management solution for all consumers.

Key features of the mobile app will include core fundamentals of health and well-being such as nutrition and physical fitness, and will leverage all aspects of the Kosama complete body transformation program. The app will act as an extension of the Kosama 8-week facility-based experience including push messaging and coaching through animated avatars that provide personalized interactions and engagement. In addition, the app can also be downloaded and used by anyone wanting to improve their overall health regardless of their participation in the facility program.

The mobile app will be available in iOS and Android platforms. A full national release date has not been scheduled, but the companies anticipate beta release in targeted test markets in early 2012.
