Destination Express offering competitive National & International Courier services.

Destination Express is a courier brokerage with its head office in Cape Town, with branches in Johannesburg and Pretoria.

We use FedEx as our main carrier, due to their competitive rates and excellent service .

They operate in 230 countries around the world with an amazing network which compliments their service levels.

You may ask "why should I use a courier broker and not deal with the carriers myself?"

There is a logical answer to this question which is as follows:-

a). By using a courier broker you are not contracted or locked in to one carrier e.g. FedEx, DHL, XPS etc..

b). As your broker we would keep an eye on the rates and service levels, relieving you of this important task.

c). As brokers we have numerous clients which increase our spending power whereby we can negotiate better rates from FedEx. e.g. I have 50 clients who's combined spend per month is R100 000-00. This puts the brokerage in a position to negotiate better rates from FedEx. A client who spends R5000-00 per month directly with FedEx will not get the same rate as Destination Express who spends 10 times that. Destination Express is then in a position to offer better rates to the clients.

d). The last point to be made is that Destination Express's clients do not have to phone a call centre for service where they could be kept waiting for some time to be attended to. We offer a more personalised service where the client phones me or a member of our staff directly for a collection.

Our clients can track their own consignments. We also can do any tracking of parcels for our clients if necessary.

You then send these forms back to me via email or Fax and I will arrange for pre-printed waybills to be sent to you.

When you require our service you would merely fill in the receiving address on the waybill and give us a call.
